PaymentWorks is hiring a part-time Support Representative for our Customer Support team on a contract basis. This contract position will work 20 hours per week with potential to hire.

This person will play an active role on a multidisciplinary team whose primary responsibility is triaging inbound tickets and responding within four business hours. In this role, you will master frequently asked questions that can be responded to with an article from our Knowledge Base to aid the user with self-service learning materials when applicable.

You Will:

• Manage a large volume of incoming customer tickets in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Handle customer interactions with diplomacy and tact. You must be able to gauge the customer’s technical ability and communicate in appropriate technical or non-technical language as needed.
• Be curious and reflective to discover and articulate areas of improvement.

You Have:

• Superior communication skills: excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Prior experience using a CRM platform, like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous customer service experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment, preferably in financial services
• The ability to work within a team and independently as a motivated self-starter
• An innate interest in contributing to the overall improvement of work processes- when you see how something could be done better, you do something about it
• An understanding of Accounts Payable and ACH payment processes preferred
