PaymentWorks is hiring an analyst for our Fraud Operations team. The Fraud Operations Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and validating vendor registration credentials, monitoring payment transactions and investigating and documenting fraud incidents. Through their efforts, team members will contribute to the overall security of our customers’ business transactions.

You Will:

• Manage a large volume of incoming vendor registrations and accurately validate the vendor registration details, using 3rd party sources and fielding both incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Maintain exceptionally detailed notes and record all interactions with vendors
• Review incoming payment batches – a time sensitive and critical function at the company
• Research, investigate and document fraudulent activity and report findings internally
• Constantly and consistently meet time-sensitive deadlines, always with an eye on getting all details exactly right

You Have:

• Superior communication skills: excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills (this job is for someone who LOVES details!)
• Previous customer service experience in a high volume, deadline driven environment, preferably in financial services
• The ability to work within a team and independently with minimal supervision
• An innate interest is contributing to the overall improvement of work processes- when you see how something could be done better, you do something about it
• An understanding of Accounts Payable and ACH payment processes preferred
