PaymentWorks is hiring an analyst for our Fraud Operations team. The Fraud Operations Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and validating vendor registration credentials, monitoring payment transactions and investigating and documenting fraud incidents. Through their efforts, team members will contribute to the overall security of our customers’ business transactions.
An ideal candidate is self-motivated, loves getting details exactly right, has strong research skills, and is a great multi-tasker who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic, constantly evolving environment. We encourage and reward initiative, drive, creative thinking, and ownership of process and procedure implementation.
